Shipping Process at Miniature Makes
Dispatch
At Miniature Makes, we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. In most cases, we can do so within 4 working days. Because we print all models to order, we have a maximum processing time of 7 working days.
Delivery time may vary due to factors such as:
- the number of products in the order,
- any failed prints,
- or a peak period with many orders.
If we are unexpectedly unable to ship within 7 business days, we will always contact you to let you know.
Large Orders
Larger orders have a longer processing time because we carefully and individually produce each item. This guarantees the high quality of our prints. Depending on the size, the delivery time can be up to 14 working days or longer.
We do our utmost to ship even larger orders within a reasonable timeframe. If the processing time takes longer than expected, you will always receive a notification from us via email or WhatsApp.
